What will your typical day look like?

 

There are no typical days for a Senior Consultant in the Organization & Work Transformation practice. You play a key role in a fast-paced environment, leading components of change management within complex organizational and technology transformation programs, helping organizations navigate change and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working. Your day may include leading stakeholders and change impact assessments, facilitating workshops with client stakeholders, developing communications and training strategies, and advising leaders on effective approaches to enable successful transformation. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte, contributing to high quality deliverables and guiding junior team members to help deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

Demonstrated experience: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience delivering Organizational Change Management in technology-enabled transformation initiatives 
  • Proven track record of: 
    • Leading components of change management workstreams within complex transformation programs (e.g., technology or process change initiatives) 
    • Developing and executing change management strategies and deliverables such as Stakeholder and Change Impact Assessments, Communications, and Training Plans 
    • Managing multiple priorities and delivering high quality work in fast paced, client facing environments 
    • Facilitating and leading workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to gather insights and validate outputs 
  • Experience working across multiple industries in both the public and private sectors

 

  • Demonstrated abilities to: 
    • Anticipate the short- and long-term impacts of organizational and technology changes 
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues 
    • Solving complex problems in highly ambiguous environments 
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders 
    • Develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and client ready materials 
    • Guide junior team members and review their work

 

  • Previous experience working in a consulting environment is an asset 
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance may be required  

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
