What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking dynamic, outcome-oriented problem solvers who are excited by the prospect of challenging the status quo. See below for a sample of focus areas where you would be spending your energy on:
- Providing end-to-end Business Agility transformation across all business functions, with a focus on:
- Enterprise Transformation Strategy and Design
- End-to-end Product Delivery Flow
- Organizational Design & Culture Change
- Leadership Advisory and Coaching
- Innovating on our current thinking and bringing in new approaches to changing how our clients deliver value to their customers
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, internal/external eminence, continuous improvement, and team coaching and mentorship in alignment with our strategic OKRs
- Understanding key objectives for clients and Deloitte, and aligning people with them to set appropriate priorities and direction
- Lead pilot implementations with clients’ IT, business, data analytics, marketing, HR and risk management functions and provide a diverse set of transformation advisory services
- Facilitate joint client workshops (i.e.: story mapping, opportunity canvas, change canvas, customer journey mapping, value stream mapping etc.)
- Conduct consultations with stakeholders including client finance team, marketing creative teams, control partners and other end user representatives
- Develop proposals and participate in sales/business development efforts within the consulting practice.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and practice development efforts within our consulting practice

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- 4-6 years of consulting experience from a globally recognized consulting firm or relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree with preference to those with advanced degrees (e.g. MBA, MSc etc.) from leading institutions
- Experience with leading a team or work stream with junior team members
- Proficiency with applying different Agile methodologies including Scrum, XP, and Kanban to enterprise functions within and outside of IT
- Creative ways of training and coaching clients’ teams (simulations, games, culture hacks etc.)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, design patterns and design thinking principles
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills: both written and verbal are required
- Ability to commit to traveling (based on client and project requirements)
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
