What will your typical day look like?

This role will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical and business skills as part of an experienced team committed to delivering excellent service for clients. You will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., solution analysis and development, programming, configuration, testing) while working on crafting and building customer journeys using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
 
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements, and design solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet their needs
  • Design and implement scalable data models, build ERD diagrams
  • Build/configure ingestion, data modeling, segmentation and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud and have an understanding of the various cloud platforms that Salesforce data cloud can integrate with
  • Work with practitioners on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and help build Deloitte marketing capabilities and assets
  • Employ best design standards while delivering an efficient solution
  • Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in implementing Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud 
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance. 
  • Hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution etc.
  • Should have good knowledge on data modeling and SQL.
  • Should be able to establish data models, work with APIs and configurations.
  • Ability to analyze and building automations, write code snippets using SSJS.
  • Have good understanding of file handling using csv files.
  • Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
  • Should be able to conduct peer reviews, and advise recommendations or issues and work well with team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and ownership.


Preferred

  • Good knowledge on complex SQL, API handling.
  • Experience/ knowledge on tools such as DBeaver, Postman
  • Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space
  • Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
