What will your typical day look like?
As a Marketing Manager at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives by championing our vision, building strategic relationships, and leading impactful campaigns. You will collaborate across multiple teams and functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a dynamic, strategic, agile, collaborative, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments.
Key Responsibilities;
- Champion Deloitte’s Marketing vision and mandate by demonstrating leadership, innovation, collaboration, and a data-driven mindset.
- Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams such as Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Business Leaders on the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns and both in-person and virtual events.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, project managers, the Marketing team, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and measurable value.
- Lead the design and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing plans, and key performance indicators.
- Oversee multiple projects including in-person conferences, seminars, and virtual webcasts by managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop clear and compelling copy and event content, maintaining consistency with campaign messaging and objectives for both in-person and virtual formats.
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, and deliverables for campaigns and events while proactively addressing changes or challenges for successful outcomes.
- Analyze and report on campaign and event performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Gather insights and conduct research to inform strategies for marketing, campaigns, and both in-person and virtual events, making data-driven recommendations.
- Lead, manage, and coach junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Advocate for Deloitte’s Marketing ‘High Five’ culture by promoting a positive, innovative, and inclusive team environment.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current on best practices and innovations in integrated marketing and event management.
- Participate in senior-level meetings, presentations, workshops, and special projects to advance Deloitte’s marketing mandate and share strategic insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize audience engagement and attendance for both in-person and virtual events, leveraging data-driven insights for ongoing improvement.
- Gather feedback and recommend enhancements to processes and strategies for continuous improvement in marketing and event execution.

Deloitte’s Content Studio specializes in delivering high-impact, rapid-turnaround content—such as webcasts, virtual events, and thought leadership—that showcases Deloitte’s expertise and accelerates business growth. Our team partners closely with business areas to ensure every initiative supports strategic priorities and drives client engagement across multiple channels.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching junior staff.
- Demonstrated experience writing effective copy for business audiences across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and communicating campaign data.
- Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High flexibility and ability to pivot work as necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams; experience with marketing automation platforms is an asset.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
