What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager - Oracle Field Service you will:
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Manage full project life cycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee integration of OFS with Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Service modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams to deliver tailored field service solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Stay current on Oracle product updates, industry trends, and best practices in field service management.
• Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s quality standards, methodologies, and client confidentiality requirements.
• (Preferred) Leverage domain expertise in areas such as well management, oil & gas, utilities, or asset-intensive industries to provide additional value to clients.
About the team
Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Field Service (OFS) to lead complex transformation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end OFS implementations, including integrations with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Fusion Service modules. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 6–7+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service or related Oracle Cloud modules.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Field Service implementations with integration to Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Service modules.
• Strong understanding of field service business processes, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce management, and asset management.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client relationships in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, Oracle Cloud certifications, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
• Experience in well management, oil & gas, or related domains is highly desirable.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
