  • Building and maintaining working capital baselines, models, and analyses to quantify cash and value opportunities.
  • Supporting the design of execution roadmaps, KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines required to deliver and sustain results.
  • Leading day-to-day execution of workstreams, including managing junior team members and coordinating client inputs and data requests.
  • Facilitating client working sessions and workshops with guidance from Senior Managers and Directors.
  • Contributing to operational and working capital diligence engagements.
  • Supporting business development through proposal development and preparation of client materials.
  • Coaching and developing Consultants and Senior Consultants.

About the team

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, delivery-oriented individual to make a meaningful contribution to our growing Enterprise Value Creation practice. We are seeking a Manager with strong working capital capabilities—across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory / Forecast-to-Fulfil—to help lead and deliver cash and value creation engagements. While working capital will be your core area of focus, you will also have exposure to broader enterprise value creation levers, including revenue growth management and cost reduction.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree an asset.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting or a direct equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in working capital with exposure to Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Inventory / Forecast-to-Fulfil.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational drivers into financial and cash flow impacts.
  • Experience managing workstreams and small teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites across Canada and, at times, the US.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to leverage Generative AI to enhance analysis and delivery quality.
