•  Manage scope, testing, sequencing, dependencies, and milestones, proactively identifying risks and escalating decisions with clear options and recommendations.
•  Assess, prioritize, and deploy requirements and enhancements to support release readiness and ongoing platform performance.
•  Coordinate delivery across BIS, DT-CA, and broader stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity on solution design, timelines, and cross-platform dependencies.
•  Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, driving resolution of risks impacting timelines, quality, or stakeholder readiness.
•  Monitor delivery health against KPIs (e.g., backlog, defects, cycle time) to identify issues or areas for improvement
•  Act as an SME across PT App, Engagement Forecasting solutions, and O2E connecting integrations end-to-end and proactively identifying cross-solution gaps, risks, and opportunities.
•  Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, reinforcing trust and establishing credibility as a delivery leader.
•  Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, enhancing delivery efficiency, service quality, and team productivity.
•  Communicate risks, decisions, and progress clearly, ensuring alignment to BIS priorities and stakeholder expectations.
•  Manages day to day operations including management of SNOW tickets.
