The team in Healthcare Solutions use our deep capabilities in strategy, core business operations, transformative technology, change management, customer experience, and digital strategy and innovation, to help clients maximize value for digital health and clinical service transformations.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will work with our clients to deliver solutions for their technical, clinical, operational and strategic challenges. Solutions span from strategy to implementation to support and managed services and include system selection, benefits and value realization, clinical/system review and design, operational/clinical transformation and workflow redesign, systems integration, IT operations support, application management services, change leadership & training, clinician engagement, and large-scale program management. Our projects have a lasting impact on client organizations such as improvements to productivity, patient safety, quality, privacy, or improved information sharing.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead critical workstreams and engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and client deliverables.
- Direct and guide teams to develop insightful, impactful solutions to complex client challenges, leveraging analytical approaches, proven methodologies, and strong critical thinking skills.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants and senior consultants, offering constructive feedback and experience-based insights to drive excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advisory support.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, coordination, and client presentations.
- Stay current on healthcare and government trends relevant to client priorities and Deloitte’s service offerings.
- Demonstrate deep technical and professional knowledge of the healthcare industry and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members, including interns and senior consultants, through on-the-job training and formal guidance.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative team environment that promotes diversity of thought and continuous improvement.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who is/has:
- 7 – 10 years of experience in professional services, health care industry, and/or digital health project management
- Passionate about the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, including staying up to date with market trends and having an active interest in developing future models of care
- Adept at understanding the business side of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, industry structure, business pain points and has an ability to converse easily and credibly with business leaders
- Drive market presence by expanding existing client relationships and generating new business, leveraging industry insights, networking, and thought leadership to proactively position the team’s value in the marketplace.
- An adaptable, goal oriented, creative thinker with an ability to deliver unique solutions to benefit our clients and their employees
- Able to build and maintain client relationships, work independently and collaborate on a team to help foster internal team growth
- Experience with Digital Health Solutions including EHRs, mobile health apps, eReferrals
- Clinical or operational experience would be asset but not mandatory
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
