What will your typical day look like?

The Deloitte Global Finance Team supports internal clients and Deloitte firms in a business‑advisor capacity, with a focus on strategic insights and initiatives, collaboration, and financial reporting and analysis.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to partner with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the Deloitte Network, delivering executive‑ready analysis, decision support, and high‑quality reporting. Beyond day‑to‑day execution, the role focuses on modernizing how Global Finance operates—leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive efficiency, improve quality, and scale impact.

The role requires strong FP&A and communication skills, sound analytical judgment, and a proven track record of process improvement. The successful candidate will be highly organized, hands‑on, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Reporting, Analysis & Strategic Initiatives

  • Prepare executive‑level financial analyses, presentations, and materials for senior leadership, translating results into clear narratives, key drivers, and decision‑ready insights.
  • Combine financial analysis with business context to deliver ad‑hoc analyses, strategic insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and develop recommendations and implementation plans for financial performance and process improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Global Finance operations, with a focus on enhancing decision support and reporting transparency.

Global Fee Management and Reporting

  • Prepare periodic Global fee reporting reflecting Deloitte firm charges payable to Global, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and transparency.
  • Manage Deloitte firm inquiries with clear supporting documentation and analysis, coordinating across internal stakeholders to resolve questions efficiently.
  • Apply a strategic lens to Global fees by assessing downstream impacts and elevating key insights and risks to senior leaders.
  • Leverage AI to enhance Global fee reporting through automated checks and improved analytical insight.

Partner Compensation

  • Lead execution of the partner compensation cycle, including monthly accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis and resolution.
  • Drive automation and optimization of partner compensation processes by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving cycle time through AI‑enabled tools.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues by coordinating across internal teams and Deloitte firm stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and controls to ensure consistent, audit‑ready execution.

About the team

Global Finance provides research and analysis on the financial health of the Deloitte organization worldwide. The team advises and supports global initiatives across tax, member‑firm reporting, finance and accounting, strategic projects, and financial analysis.
