What will your typical day look like?
The Manager, Learning & Development, Learning Operations works closely with the Director, and cross-functional teams to implement operational standards and protocols, including reporting, vendor management, and system administration. This individual will be the person to uphold our service excellence standards, stay close to Learning and Development priorities and implement established new and/or or updated processes and technology to create consistent and innovative experiences across our team.
Learning Operations & Governance
- Lead and manage the relationship with Global Learning Administration Support (GLAS) offshore USI resources, ensuring timely and effective resolution of L&D administration requests and learner inquiries
- Maintain L&D operations playbook, ensuring regular updates, enhancements are documented and shared
- Lead and manage contract and vendor management for L&D in alignment with firm policy
- Analyze and position announcements from Global Learning to Deloitte Canada/Chile environment
- Manage learning content catalogues to ensure that they align with governance model
- Lead creation and maintenance of standardized administrative processes and templates
- Serve as initial point of contact for non-technical mandatory learning activities, bridging the connection between RQRR, myRisk Dashboard and Onboarding processes
- Serve as first point of contact for all internal enabling areas team members (IT, Privacy, Security, Procurement, etc.)
- Leading and managing project team members, while overseeing ongoing related projects, providing regular updates, driving enhancements, maintaining documentation, and promoting knowledge sharing
Learning Technology
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in learning technology to inform business development strategies and offer insights
- Manage and advise on the current state learning technology stack (Saba, Cura, etc.) through troubleshooting daily learning tech issues, learner queries, mapping current state processes, leading enhancement projects and calls, etc.
- Lead L&D technology approvals, onboarding, and implementation in collaboration with applicable internal enabling areas
- Lead, participate or attend L&D new technology implementation calls/projects in collaboration with Global Learning, L&D portfolio leads, CPO, and Deloitte Technology Canada (DTC)
- Serve as first point of contact for all internal enabling areas team members (IT, Privacy, Security, Procurement, etc.)
- Leading and managing project team members, while overseeing ongoing related projects, providing regular updates, driving enhancements, maintaining documentation, and promoting knowledge sharing
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain, review and update data standards for L&D systems to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy
- Review and audit L&D data to ensure it meets established data standards and rectify any issues identified
- Manage and monitor the L&D survey platform to track responses and ensure that surveys are being completed by the intended audience
- Serve as initial point of contact for L&D and all internal data and reporting asks and prioritize accordingly based on enabling areas availability
- Leading and managing project team members, while overseeing ongoing related projects, providing regular updates, driving enhancements, maintaining documentation, and promoting knowledge sharing.

You are someone with:
- At least 6 years of experience in project management or operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic yet hands-on approach to operational execution.
- Proficiency with tools and technology used in Learning & Development (e.g., Saba, Cura, Excel).
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
