What will your typical day look like?

 

The Sustainability Business is part of the Global Deloitte firm and is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager. 

 

  • We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit global business team. 
  • The individual will work with global sustainability teams and at the intersection of businesses and industries, to orchestrate delivery of internal communications campaigns.

The Internal Communications Assistant Marketing Manager will execute internal marketing strategies to enhance awareness and engagement around our internal programs, initiatives, and priorities. This role requires a creative and strategic communicator with strong project management skills and experience in developing multi-channel campaigns that inspire and inform internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive meaningful impact by crafting compelling narratives, fostering collaboration, and delivering strategic communications that align with the firm’s business goals and internal engagement strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Internal Marketing: Develop and implement high-quality, impactful internal marketing and communications campaigns that align with the business internal engagement strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and successful execution of internal campaigns.
  • Content Development: Create engaging content (e.g., newsletters, blogs, videos, infographics) that communicates key initiatives, programs, and updates to internal audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of internal campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to leadership to refine strategies and improve impact.

About the team

The Global Sustainability & Climate team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our sustainability & climate services.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in internal and external communications or marketing, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Hybrid work model, with a mix of remote and office-based work. Flexibility to accommodate early morning or evening meetings as needed, with potential for occasional international travel.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
