Deloitte’s marketing team is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics & Measurement.
What will your typical day look like?
- Own the Marketing Measurement Strategy: Lead the design and continuous evolution of KPI frameworks, measurement approaches and attribution models that deliver consistent marketing reporting and insights at multiple levels; from campaign effectiveness, portfolio performance, and operational efficiencies to optimizing overall marketing investment – ultimately demonstrating marketing’s role in driving brand and firm growt
- Translate Data into Strategic Insights: On-going advancement of analytics coupled with integration of internal and external data to build a richer 360-degree view of a client and their interactions/relationship with Deloitte; Turn complex data into clear actionable stories and insights for different audience; Empower Marketing to be more agile – more strategically target, optimize campaigns in near real-time, refine strategies based on efficiency and impact, and communicate to firm executives Marketing’s contribution to business outcomes and growth
- Lead and Inspire a Geographically-diverse Team: Build and nurture a high-performing, agile analytics team capable of delivering insights that span operational performance metrics to strategic business impact KPIs, fostering innovation and a culture of data-driven decision-making; Champion team effectiveness by driving process excellence, unlocking capacity through smarter workflows and the adoption of technology (e.g. GenAI), and fostering a culture of agility to enable faster decision-making and execution
- Drive Transformational Change: Lead the adoption of advanced AI and analytics models/frameworks/technologies that unlock cross-channel insights, enabling more precise targeting, waste reduction, and accelerated ROI growth, fostering a data-driven marketing culture
- Master Data Integration and Logic: Define and implement robust logic to link external intent signals, third-party data, and internal datasets, creating a unified analytics environment that provides comprehensive, actionable insights across full-funnel integrated campaigns, brand programs and aggregated for all of Marketing
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly within Marketing (e.g. digital, creative agency, integrated/brand marketing, content studio etc.) to embed analytics rigor into how we operate; Work closely with other local and global teams/centre of excellence to drive fuller integration of data and 360-degree client view
- Scale Analytics Infrastructure and Automation: Spearhead the development of scalable analytics platforms, automated dashboards and reporting that deliver self-service insights at every level—from day-to-day campaign management to quarterly marketing performance storytelling—embedding insights to better inform whitespace, contribute to strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
About the team
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics to take marketing measurement into the next level.
You will lead and develop a driven and geographically-diverse team that is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of insights that shape strategic marketing decisions and craft compelling data-driven stories that showcase marketing’s integral role in accelerating firm growth. Working closely across Marketing, and also with other data, insights and technology teams across Canada and the network of member firms, you will build a foundational b2b measurement ecosystem for Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic leadership, data, analytics, marketing innovation and story-telling.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics or related roles
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in integrating and managing diverse data sources, including internal CRM, digital platforms, and external intent data providers.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of linking marketing analytics to overall firm growth and financial performance.
- Track record of translating complex data into clear, compelling insights and business narratives for senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing marketing analytics teams in a complex organization.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies and generative AI to innovate marketing analytics and automate reporting and insight generation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to build capabilities and deliver data-driven marketing insights
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
