What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant on our Digital Customer – Financial Services team, you will work closely with clients to design, configure, and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or nCino.

 

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting discovery activities to identify and document business requirements
  • Designing functional solutions and process flows
  • Working with technical teams on configuration, integrations, and testing
  • Creating functional mock-ups or demos
  • Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and training
  • Assisting in solution rollout and post go live support
  • Contributing to project documentation and status reporting
  • Collaborating with cross functional Deloitte teams to deliver value to financial services clients

About the team

Our Digital Customer team partners with financial institutions to reimagine how they sell, serve, and connect with their clients. By blending strategy, human‑centered design, and cutting‑edge technology, we deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions powered by the Salesforce platform. Leveraging tools such as Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino, we help banks, insurers, and wealth management organizations elevate both customer and employee experiences, driving smarter interactions, deeper engagement, and meaningful transformation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You have:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or nCino
  • Strong understanding of financial services processes (banking, lending, onboarding, KYC, etc.)
  • Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and designing process flows
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

 

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, FSC, Business Analyst) or nCino Certifications (any Functional Certification [Commercial Banking, Retail, or Treasury] or Configuration Certification)
  • Experience on at least one Salesforce or nCino implementation project
  • Experience in the Canadian financial services industry
  • Comfort facilitating client workshops or demos

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
