What will your typical day look like?

 

  • Support the advancement of the firm’s ethical culture and awareness by leading the development and execution of the Ethics team’s communications strategy. This includes drafting clear, principled messaging and supporting an annual ethics communications plan that reinforces ethical expectations, promotes speak up behaviours, and embeds the firm’s values into day to day decision making.
  • Design, localize, and deliver ethics education and training to ensure professionals understand their ethical obligations and are equipped to act with integrity. This includes leading the rollout of ethics learning programs and delivering ethics onboarding for new hires to establish a strong ethical foundation from the outset.
  • Oversee the firm’s ethics reporting and helpline function by receiving and responding to ethics inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate and confidential case records, and ensuring timely, high quality data reporting. Safeguard the integrity, consistency, and trustworthiness of the firm’s ethics reporting mechanisms.
  • Support ethical incident response and accountability processes, including participation in ethics investigations and retaliation monitoring, to ensure concerns are addressed fairly, objectively, and with appropriate remediation, while protecting confidentiality and reinforcing trust in the ethics program.
  • Generate meaningful, data driven insights by analyzing ethics case data, training metrics, and survey results to identify trends, emerging risks, and areas for improvement, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen the overall ethics framework.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the ethics program by supporting key initiatives such as firm wide ethics surveys, Code of Conduct updates, and policy development and revisions, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, best practices, and organizational values.
  • Collaborate across the firm with leaders and professionals in the business, Communications, Talent, and the Office of the General Counsel to build shared ownership of ethical culture, reinforce expectations for ethical conduct, and integrate ethics into core business and people processes.

About the team


The Ethics Program provides enterprise wide oversight of ethical conduct and culture, that reinforces Deloitte’s values and ethical standards through communications, learning, and trusted speak up mechanisms. In partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders, the program embeds ethical decision making into daily operations, supports accountability, and strengthens a culture of integrity and trust across the firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with these required skills: 

 

  • 4–8+ years in ethics, compliance, risk management, internal audit, HR, legal, or a closely related function.
  • Direct involvement in ethics programs, codes of conduct, whistleblowing systems, or conduct risk initiatives.
  • Experience translating ethical standards into practical guidance for employees and leaders.
  • Hands on experience managing investigations involving misconduct
  • Experience developing or delivering ethics or compliance training (e learning, onboarding, live sessions).

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well: 

 

  • French or Spanish proficiency is asset 

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000 for manager and $104,000 - $215,000 for senior manager, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
