What will your typical day look like?

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Channel strategy and execution: Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across web, email, paid and organic social, search, display, and emerging channels with clear performance targets tied to pipeline growth, revenue influence, and engagement.

  • Marketing automation and lead generation: Drive initiatives to expand marketing automation capabilities and build high-performing lead generation and nurture programs across multiple platforms and tools, with explicit goals for lead volume, qualification rates, and cost per acquisition.

  • Media planning: Create and oversee media plans that allocate budgets to deliver measurable return on investment, audience reach, and conversion efficiency.

  • Platform management: Oversee execution within the core tech stack, including Eloqua (automation and email), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (website content), Sprinklr (social publishing and listening), and Adobe Analytics (measurement and reporting), ensuring each platform contributes to campaign objectives and business outcomes.

  • Website and content optimization: Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create conversion-focused landing pages and user journeys that increase form fills, event registrations, and other key conversion metrics.

  • Analytics and optimization: Work closely with the marketing analytics team to monitor KPIs across channels using Adobe Analytics, translate findings into actionable insights, and implement data-driven improvements to achieve campaign goals such as lower cost per lead, higher engagement, and stronger pipeline influence.

  • Innovation and AI adoption: Identify ways that generative AI and large language models (LLMs) can improve personalization, content creation, and campaign efficiency, measuring impact on engagement and conversion outcomes.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across marketing, creative, analytics, and sales to align campaigns with growth priorities and report on the business impact of digital activities.

  • Team leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists to consistently meet or exceed performance targets while supporting professional growth.

About the team


We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results. You will manage a team of digital specialists and lead integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels with a strong focus on marketing automation, lead generation, and conversion outcomes that drive Deloitte growth opportunities.

You are someone with:

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally with exposure to complex organizations or professional services.
  • Proven ability to design campaigns that deliver quantifiable outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue contribution.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, multi-channel media planning, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua, AEM, Sprinklr, and Adobe Analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of web, email, and social platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (CASL, GDPR, etc.) and best practices for first-party data management.
  • Ability to translate insights into action plans that improve ROI and business results.
  • Comfort discussing emerging technologies, particularly the role of LLMs and AI in digital marketing.
  • Exceptional project management, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
