What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Data & Analytics Senior Consultant, Growth Platforms, you will be part of the Core Growth Platform team, responsible for developing new data assets, reports, analysis, etc. and managing the day-to-day operations across some of our key strategic and emerging alliances. You will work to support and streamline the operations for the team including planning, budgeting, reporting, expense management and coordinating across various alliance teams and leaders within the firm. You will collaborate closely with the Growth Platform Leaders and Lead Alliance Partners in the team, who are responsible for setting the strategic directions and investment decisions for our alliances and tech relationships.

  • Work closely with Growth Platform Core team in Canada, Growth Platform Leaders and Lead Alliance Partners of priority and emerging Alliances to create reports (Period end results, Annual reports, etc.)and ad-hoc analysis that supports growth and investments for these alliances
  • Support delivery and analysis of effective strategic programs (Planning, Voice of Alliance, Alliance campaigns, etc.) and collaborating with Canadian and Global counterparts which build pipeline and eminence for various programs and drive business growth for Deloitte’s Growth Platforms’ go to market initiatives.
  • Be part of the core Growth Platform team and contribute towards initiatives to streamline operations – Build and maintain tracking of key initiatives and drive to successful completion.
  • Help with tracking and reporting of key success metrics around large Alliance conferences and campaigns; Contribute to the creation of ROI reports.
  • Work with Growth Platform global counterparts to respond and address alignment with Global asks around planning, budgeting, reporting, and other requests.
  • Help manage deliverables for regular leadership cadences
  • Be a team player and support with cultural initiatives within the team

Growth Platforms is an integral part of the firm helping drive our business by leveraging the solutions, offerings, and capabilities that go beyond Deloitte. We work with our Alliance Partners and Technology Relationships to create unique and differentiated offerings that we could jointly take to our clients. Influenced sales leveraging our Alliance partners is how we measure the success of our partnerships. The team consists of Lead Alliance Partners, Industry Leaders, and Growth Platform Leaders that are aligned to one (or multiple) of our Growth Platforms and a core team that helps support the Strategy, Operations and Marketing efforts across the portfolio of alliances and tech relationships.

Reporting to the Operations Director, Growth Platforms Core team, the Operations Consultant is self-motivated, energetic, driven for success, methodical, process and detail oriented. The Operations Consultant will be expected to work closely with many teams across the firms: Growth Platform Leaders, Lead Alliance Partners as well as SMEs in IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services
  • Experience in managing complex databases and reporting solutions.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce based reporting solutions.
  • Strong performance in developing, managing, and executing operational processes and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Up to 10% travel required;
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
