What will your typical day look like?
The OGCS Consultant will partner with colleagues and senior leaders across GCS to accelerate the global strategic agenda through high-impact, high-visibility projects aligned to global firm and GCS leadership priorities. Working across workstreams, businesses, and geographies, the consultant will drive coordination and alignment while building working knowledge of the Consulting Services business and related areas (SR&T and T&T) to identify opportunities, share insights and trends, and escalate issues or variances as needed. The role blends disciplined project management with quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating content into executive-ready communications, including clear narratives and recommendations supported by strong analytical and business writing skills.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of select strategic projects, emphasizing delivery and collaboration across workstreams.
• Work with a cross-functional, geographically diverse team to enhance firm impact and drive effective execution.
• Evaluate inputs from multiple sources, synthesize data, and translate findings into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Manage leader engagements - liaising with multiple teams to align content, agendas and materials for key leadership forums.
• Progress multiple projects, maintaining prioritization, organization, and quality across all deliverables.
• Simplify and streamline operational mechanisms (e.g., reporting and PMO activities).
• Lead and coach team members, as needed.

• At least 2+ years experienced as a Consultant

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
