Support end-to-end delivery for Salesforce and Siebel, turning product strategy into trusted, high-quality execution across critical platforms that power Deloitte’s Opportunity-to-Engagement lifecycle.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant within the Business Integration Systems (BIS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the quality, stability, and day to day operability of Jupiter and Siebel CAEA. This role combines responsibilities across testing, production support, and data governance, ensuring releases are well tested, business disruptions are minimized, and core data remains accurate and trusted.
You will work closely with BIS, Global and IT team members as well as Data Governance, and Business Operations stakeholders to support monthly releases, manage post release activities, and address data quality and operational issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
• Support UAT and regression testing for system releases; develop and maintain test scenarios for key business processes and data flows.
• Track, document, and triage defects and production issues through resolution and validation.
• Track and report on delivery health against KPIs (e.g., backlog, defects, cycle time) to identify issues or areas for improvement.
• Support post-release hypercare, operational monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis.
• Run reports and data analysis to support better data practices.
• Perform data quality checks, remediation, and cleanup across core data elements.
• Maintain data standards and reference data in alignment with governance guidelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify recurring quality or operational issues .
• Support BIS projects through documentation and testing.
• Contribute to release readiness activities and provide operational input into delivery planning.
• Assist with business user inquiries and coordinate with support teams as needed.
• Supports adoption & change management efforts.
About the team
Business Integration Services (BIS) work closely with leadership across internal stakeholders to optimize and advance Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) solutions and support delivery. This close collaboration is essential to enable strong end to end solutions and drive effective execution across the interconnected capabilities.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
• 2–4+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems, testing, or operations.
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, or production support for CRM or business applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality focused mindset.
• Experience working with structured data and supporting data quality or governance activities.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and follow through on resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in fast paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational demands.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
• Familiarity with Opportunity to Engagement (O2E), CRM, or professional services environments.
• Exposure to data management, reference data maintenance, or reporting support.
• Experience supporting monthly release cycles or change initiatives.
• Multilingual capabilities (English/French/Spanish)
• Experience with providing customer support
• Familiarity with SAFe methodologies
• PMP certification
• Experience with Salesforce
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
