Note: This is a 10-month contract role. 

 

 

What will your typical day look like?

Become an integral part of our team, contributing to the transformation of how we deliver value to our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with our Delivery Transformation Leaders and firm-wide teams to develop and execute our Change Management strategy and key communication activities. You'll turn ideas into actionable plans.

 

You will collaborate with various teams to coordinate project planning and management to meet milestones and align deliverables with expectations. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued success.

About the team


Delivery Transformation plays a crucial role in bolstering the success of our engagements within Technology & Transformation (T&T), Strategy, Risk, and Transactions (SR&T), as well as other Deloitte businesses. By working in close partnership with the business, Delivery Transformation harnesses the combined power of people and technology to reimagine and enhance our delivery capabilities. This collaborative approach not only enables us to manage risk more effectively but also drives significant improvements in our efficiency and quality of our services. Enough about us, let’s talk about you


You are someone with:

  • Experienced in change management and communications (three or more years), preferably with experience in project management.
  • Has a strong sense of ownership – can develop and execute change management strategies and initiatives with professional services organizations and/or clients.
  • Able to collaborate with interested parties (stakeholders) across various levels of an organization.
  • Able to create high quality work products in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to interpret data and report outputs to support business communications and decision making.
  • Able to effectively develop written communications for all levels within the firm and build plans to effectively manage multiple collaborators.
  • Highly organized and able to work in an agile way to support competing deliverables and evolving priorities
  • Able to work autonomously in a complex multi-dimensional organization

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
