What will your typical day look like?

 

Work you'll do

 

• Strategic Alignment - Co-shape and deliver asset priorities to align with OP’s refreshed strategy, driving targeted portfolio and investment choices that match MF market demands.
• Implementing Governance model – Implement the newly defined governance model to monitor the progress on assets, conduct due diligence on new assets and manage global support to the assets
• Agentic AI – Create an agentic viewpoint and identify GenAI/Agent initiatives in line with FY26 Global OP priorities.
• Investments - Prepare investment requests, drive due diligence ahead of and assist on investment committee pitches, emphasizing alignment with OP objectives and validated market demand.
• Budget Utilization Tracking - Regularly monitor and report budget utilization for all approved investments.
• ROI Monitoring – Collaborate with MF product teams to establish KPIs and track ROI for each asset, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Deal Integration - Contribute to embedding assets in Global OP top deals, supporting a "build once, sell and use many" commercialization approach.
• Ascend Integration - lead scaling of Ascend-adjacent Tech Components globally.
• Scalability Planning - Develop and execute plans for scaling successful assets across MF and the broader network.
• OP Asset Program Management - Lead asset program including portfolio management, investment management, scaling, and adoption within OP and related reporting activities.

Qualifications

 

• Strong core consulting skills – strategic thinking, strategy content creation, innovative thinking on ways to improve global functioning of RRF assets, program management, senior stakeholder engagement, verbal and written communication, managing multiple priorities given aggressive timelines, influence outcomes, follow up effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
• Comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across time zones, accustomed to working in teams (incl. virtual teams) and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles.
• Familiarity with Deloitte organization and proven ability to navigate and coordinate across networks, especially across geographies, industries, and/or offerings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teaming skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence superiors and peers in a large and complex global organization
• Advanced project management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience
• Experience in financial analysis and data analytics (MS Excel), with the ability to identify innovative tools and approaches to enhance reporting and insight generation for the business.
• High-level understanding of asset business models and asset enabled business lifecycle
• Previous market/client-facing experience and client pursuits/selling a plus
• Technology literacy is required.
• Work experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms
• Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
