What will your typical day look like?

 

As a CBS Risk Analyst, you will be involved in conducting Know Your Client (KYC) procedures, which consists of open-source due diligence on our clients and third parties, including their senior managing officials, owners and corporate structure. KYC procedures facilitate the firm to make informed decisions on our client/third party acceptance and continuance and apply appropriate risk mitigation measures.     

You may be requested to work in other disciplines within CBS Risk depending on business needs.

About the team

 

You will be working with the Risk team within Central Business Services (CBS). The CBS Risk team is a diverse, dynamic and client-centric team, dedicated to operationalizing various critical risk processes effectively and efficiently to support the firm.     

Our objective is to protect, preserve and enhance the Deloitte brand and comply with various ethical, regulatory, legal and firm requirements and professional standards. Our team is a pillar within our firm’s centralized delivery centre with a focus on continuous improvements and enhancing customer and talent experiences.

You are someone who has/is: 

 

•    Completed undergraduate university degree, preferably with business and/or legal background.
•    Experience in compliance, risk management and/or research is desired.
•    Proven attention to details and accuracy, including the ability to apply defined methodology and framework with your own independent analysis.
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and online research with an inquisitive mindset.
•    Commitment to quality, ethics and confidentiality.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in and across teams including virtual teams with different cultures and backgrounds.
•    Willing to work additional and/or flexible hours if required. 

 

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
