Summary

 

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to support the communication strategy and operational rhythm for the Global Cloud Marketing (GCM) team of an enterprise technology client. In this 1-year fixed term opportunity, you will help develop and execute internal and external communications aligned to business objectives, manage executive communication timelines and storyboards, and ensure consistency and clarity across all channels. You will work closely with stakeholders at various organizational levels to facilitate effective information flow and support strategic initiatives. 

What will your typical day look like?

 

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and content projects. You will orchestrate agile sprints, manage timelines, and track deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality. 
  • Oversee the technical deployment of content across various channels, including email and web. This includes using platforms like Knak and ensuring all content adheres to brand and governance guidelines. 
  • Own the quality assurance process for all content. You will meticulously review for grammatical errors and brand consistency while also translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for a general audience. 
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including marketers, coding partners, and creative teams. You will manage expectations, facilitate teamwork, and ensure a seamless workflow to deliver all project assets efficiently. 
  • Identify and implement improvements to the content workflow. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be essential for keeping our processes efficient and adaptable.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

  • 5-8 years of experience in a marketing or content operations role, with a strong understanding of agile project management, deadlines, and key metrics. 
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, goal-oriented copy that supports broader marketing and business strategies.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of overseeing content production or marketing programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including engineering and content creators, to streamline processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improving processes are highly valued.
  • Practical understanding of marketing technology, including email marketing platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully working with diverse teams to drive projects forward and deliver results.
  • Exceptional focus on grammatical accuracy and brand consistency, ensuring a polished final product.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes. 

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
