Summary
Deloitte is seeking an experienced GenAI & Python Specialist to join our dynamic Operate team on a 1‑year fixed term employment basis. In this role, you will design, build, and scale Generative AI solutions using Python‑based frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
What will your typical day look like?
You will design, develop, and deploy Python‑driven GenAI solutions, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art LLMs and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph. A core focus of your work will be implementing advanced RAG architectures, including hybrid search, multi‑vector retrieval, embeddings optimization, and context management for enterprise‑grade use cases.
You will build agentic AI systems, including multi‑agent workflows, tool‑calling agents, planner–executor patterns, and reasoning chains that enable complex decision‑making and automation. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include writing high‑quality, production‑ready Python code, designing robust APIs and microservices, and integrating GenAI capabilities into existing platforms and data ecosystems.
You will also apply classical NLP and machine learning techniques—such as clustering, classification, and information extraction—to enrich data pipelines and enhance GenAI outputs. Working collaboratively with product owners, data scientists, and engineers, you will translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. Staying current with emerging GenAI tools, models, and best practices will be essential. You will actively share insights, contribute to standards, and mentor team members to raise overall GenAI and Python engineering maturity.
