Work you'll do

At Deloitte we use our sponsorships and partnerships to build loyalty with our clients, differentiate our brand, and inspire pride in our people. In this role you’ll work at the intersection of brand, client engagement, and large-scale event activations, helping to drive execution and demonstrate impact against some of our most visible partnerships, including our Olympic and Paralympic activations. The role sits between execution and leadership—accountable for day-to-day delivery, coordination, and quality, while escalating risks and supporting engagement leaders with planning and reporting.

What will your typical day look like?

Program management and reporting

  • Drive project management activities including planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, timelines, risks, and milestones
  • Drive maintenance of and updates to essential program assets, such as activation library, creative pipeline needs, and partnership overview materials
  • Track risk review process and pipeline for IOC activations with key leaders and stakeholders
  • Support on key finance activities

Governance and executive reporting

  • Orchestrate updates to Steering Committee decks
  • Drive development of executive reports working across partnerships team and stakeholders
  • Support measurement of activation impact and ROI across our global partnerships and sponsorships portfolio

Communication and stakeholder support

  • Drive coordination of stakeholder meetings and support preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting notes, and management of action items
  • Serve as a key coordination point across global stakeholders, ensuring alignment across leadership, activation teams, and external partners
  • Manage incoming IOC-related requests and communications

Team engagement and efficiency

  • Support development and maintenance of sponsorship and partnership-related technology platform repository
  • Support in development and execution of team meetings and initiatives
  • Explore uses and drive adoption of tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and knowledge sharing across partnership and sponsorship operations

Our sponsorships and Purpose initiatives develop over time, so you should expect our plans, and your role, to adapt to the changing needs of our Global Brand Strategy portfolio.
