Summary
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and helping teams adapt to new technologies? As an EUC Communications Resource within our End User Computing (EUC) team, you will play a critical role in enabling employees to embrace and maximize the value of digital tools and solutions. You will be responsible for developing effective communication strategies, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring a smooth transition for end users as they adopt new technologies.
What will your typical day look like?
- Develop clear and concise communication materials to support end-user initiatives, ensuring messaging is tailored and impactful.
- Establish and manage feedback loops to gather employee input on digital tools, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform regular communication updates across multiple channels, including email, intranet, meetings, and digital signage.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees through communication campaigns and adoption sessions as they transition to new technologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to lead the digital adoption program, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Manage and continuously update user-facing documentation for EUC, ensuring resources are accurate and accessible.
- Deliver and support in-person training sessions to promote the adoption of digital solutions and enhance user understanding.
- Develop and maintain intranet site code using HTML, CSS, and modern web tools, following best practices and collaborating on design.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
• A miniumum of 4 years of experience in communications, change management, or digital adoption within a large organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of designing and executing communication strategies for technology initiatives.
• Experience with feedback collection and using insights to drive improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and support sessions for end users.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for supporting others through change.
• Familiarity with end user computing environments and digital workplace tools is an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
