Summary
We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our team on a 1-year fixed term. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will play a key role in driving business agility, coaching teams and leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a leading financial services environment.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile frameworks, organizational transformation, and change management. You will work closely with Product Owners, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity, improve delivery outcomes, and help embed Agile principles and practices across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, influencing change, and enabling high-performing teams.
What will your typical day look like?
- Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and senior leaders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Mentor teams to adopt Agile mindsets and build empowered, high-performing delivery teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, reviews, and planning sessions.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness and organizational agility.
- Identify and address organizational barriers that impact team performance and business outcomes.
- Support Product Owners and leadership teams with roadmaps, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile metrics, delivery insights, and data-driven decision making.
- Promote Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, Design Thinking, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Help teams improve delivery predictability, quality, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements across multiple teams and business units.
- Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and scaling Agile practices across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate Agile adoption and cultural change.
- Leverage tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile delivery and team effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on Agile operating models, governance, and best practices to support strategic objectives.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Transformation Consultant.
- Proven experience coaching Agile teams, Product Owners, leadership teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Design Thinking.
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, business agility, and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting roadmap planning, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery governance activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, delivery performance, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience identifying and resolving organizational impediments and delivery challenges.
- Hands-on experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments, preferably within financial services or banking.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations within financial services organizations.
- Knowledge of Product Operating Models and Value Stream Management.
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams in a scaled Agile environment.
- Exposure to Organizational Change Management methodologies.
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and OKR frameworks.
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, AI, or Product Management initiatives.
- Experience establishing Agile Centers of Excellence (CoE) or Agile Communities of Practice.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, continuous improvement, and driving organizational excellence.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
