What will your typical day look like?

A typical day as a Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) Co-op/Intern is dynamic and rewarding. You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative project team, working closely with colleagues and client stakeholders. Your day might begin by analyzing client challenges, reviewing data, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement. You will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and brainstorm solutions, and you may interview key client personnel to understand their unique needs and perspectives.

Throughout the day, you will help develop recommendations for technology transformation, drawing on your understanding of core technology concepts and trends while thinking creatively to propose practical solutions. You will also contribute to preparing presentations and reports that communicate your findings and ideas clearly and professionally. 

As you grow in the role, you will have the chance to specialize in areas that interest you or gain exposure to a variety of industries and technical competencies, building a strong foundation for your career in technology consulting. We are seeking candidates who:

• Are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program and will be returning to school following completion of this work term. Relevant fields of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Business, or another relevant degree
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review data, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable preparing presentations and reports for diverse audiences
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment and are eager to work closely with colleagues and clients
• Show an interest in or fluency with technology trends and concepts and are enthusiastic about applying this knowledge in a consulting environment
• Looking to complete a 4-month work term starting in Summer 2026 or Fall 2026
• Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
• Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
• Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments

Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $80,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
