As a Manager focusing on SAP PSCD/TRM, you will: 

Responsibilities

·        Support SAP PSCD/TRM pursuits and Practice Development initiatives

·        Design eCommerce solutions and lead the technical and functional work streams to deliver the solutions

·        Supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of client engagements

·        Develop external eminence across SAP PSCD/TRM

·        Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners in SAP and across Deloitte.

External Posting Qualifications

MANDATORY:  must be eligible for obtaining a security clearance from the Government of Canada, that is to say, have been in continuous service in Canada for at least 10 years.

·        Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials

·        At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP PSCD/TRM/TRM

·        Techno-functional proficiency with at least 1+ full lifecycle SAP PSCD/TRM

·        Strong understanding of the integration points with complimentary modules

·        Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

·        Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

·        Superior verbal and written communication skills

·        Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

·        Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

·        Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments

·        Experience working in a team setting and managing and completing multiple task assignments

·        Able to identify client business issues through vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development

·        Strong verbal and written communications skills

·        Able to develop and present impactful client presentations

·        Effective problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve engagement issues

·        Well-informed, mature decision making
