What will your typical day look like?

 

The key areas of responsibility within the Client Experience Services scope of services includes reception, concierge, facilities/space management, courier/mail and production, floor refresh (remove/pick up china, cups, mugs, and glasses left in conference rooms) as well as space reservation (includes client support and troubleshoot solutions, monitor guest accounts, training). It also includes managing bookable/requestable room bookings with our online booking software, managing after-hours heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) requests, liaising with local property management/landlord as well as coordinating and overseeing repairs and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors.

About the team

 

Our Client Experience Team is comprised of Client Experience Professionals (CEPs) who provide key client services across our offices. Client Experience Professionals deliver an exceptional client experience with exceptional service fueled by positivity, excellence and innovation. It is our mandate to create a welcoming environment and ensure our offices are always client ready for staff and external guests. Our areas of responsibility include reception, concierge, facilities/space management, records management, courier/mail and production, health and safety, business continuity and delivering on the promise of our Orbis locations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • Two to three years’ experience in a professional environment desirable
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-motivation and ability to meet tight deadlines
