Currently, we are only hiring for Culture, Leadership & Learning (Summer 2026) and Strategic & Technology Change (Fall 2026).
- Our Culture, Leadership & Learning (CLL) team helps clients build the organizational culture and leadership team required to achieve strategic business goals. We focus on assessing current culture, pinpointing the future culture required, and building the roadmap to get there, while enhancing leadership capabilities and developing a strong leadership pipeline to support transformation. We give organizations the capabilities they need to thrive in the future of work and achieve their business goals.
- Our Operating Model & Organization Design (OM&OD) team helps clients rethink how their organizations operate and grow. As businesses increasingly shift from rigid hierarchies to more fluid, outcome-driven models, we work with them to define future state operating models that sharpen decision-making, accelerate execution, and empower teams. We support our clients to develop new capabilities and optimize ways of working across governance, structures, processes, plus job architecture and design rewards programs to ensure long-term success.
- Our Strategic & Technology Change (S&TC) team helps leaders, teams, and individuals navigate complex technology and business transformations, designing and implementing change management at scale and at pace to achieve sustainable business and human outcomes. We support transformations of all scales and types, including ERP implementations, organizational restructuring, and more.
- Our Workforce Strategies & Intelligence (WSI) team delivers solutions to the most complex workforce issues, focusing on modernizing work and optimizing the workforce, including the integration of AI and agentic workers. The team supports clients in aligning their workforce and business strategies, identifying workforce and skills gaps through analytics, developing talent strategies to capture the workforce the client needs, redesigning talent programs (e.g., recruitment, performance management, etc.), and building credible narratives that help connect business, workforce and brand. Ultimately, we help clients achieve a variety of outcomes including optimizing productivity and performance, improving what work gets done and rewarded, and driving innovation across workflows and programs.
