What will your typical day look like?
As part of the AMS/CMS team, you'll help leading organizations continuously evolve and optimize their business systems, processes, and operations. Working at the intersection of technology, transformation, and industry expertise, you'll support clients in navigating emerging technologies, and talent gaps while delivering innovative solutions that drive lasting business value and competitive advantage. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our five teams:
- Customer & Marketing: this team helps clients sustain and grow their Digital solutions
- Core Business Operations: this team optimizes client’s business operations and help them take advantage of new technologies
- Enterprise Technology & Performance: this team focuses on the long-term application support, optimization and transformation of our client’s ERP and custom development solutions
- Human Capital: this team helps clients sustain and grow their HR technology solutions
- Analytics: this team operates, optimizes, and transforms client’s data foundation and integration activities

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have completed or are working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma by September 2027, with a preference for Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business/ Commerce, Economics, Finance, Political Science, or other relevant fields
- Able to work within a wide range of industries performing research, data analysis and modeling to solve complex business problems
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions

Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $122,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
