What will your typical day look like?

The Maestro Program is focused on: (1) Value – not volume – of thought leadership and (2) Elevate our executive programs to drive more impactful Board and C-Level relationships, while enhancing our brand position. As part of project Maestro, we are expanding our CXO Programs and Global Boardroom Program, doing ‘more with less’ on our breakthrough thought leadership, expanding Deloitte Insights into a Global team, ensuring our content makes its way into the hands of our senior leaders, and incubating a global Alumni Program.

  • Working primarily for the Maestro Program PMO Team, this is a pivotal role in driving and coordinating program delivery. The role will involve working across multiple workstreams as a part of an orchestrated program and a mix of responsibilities including:
  • Coordination and tracking of progress against program activity through Sprint reporting, to ensure program delivery and impact
  • Developing and maintaining program wide assets e.g. RAID Logs, onboarding packs, stakeholder maps
  • Stakeholder engagement activities including: Leadership meetings, All hands meetings and wider Deloitte fora
  • Content shaping for governance forum reporting, including C-Suite Executive sponsors
  • Collaborative working across both PMO and broader program workstreams

About the team

Maestro looks to elevate our executive programs to drive more impactful Board and C-Level relationships, while enhancing the Deloitte brand position.  As part of this aspiration we deliver a number of key programs to anticipate, understand, and serve CEO, Board and CXO agendas.
