What will your typical day look like?

This opportunity requires advanced skills as a business analyst within the ServiceNow platform that enable the selected candidate to deliver a high level of service to meet the expectation from the business. This role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring our instance stays aligned to our internal best practices. The focus of delivery will center around our Audit practice and ensuring we deliver solid solutions that underpin the overall compliance strategy of Audit within our firm. In this interesting and diverse role, you will:

  • Work within a dedicated team across various projects within the ServiceNow Platform and manage the QAP release strategy, the quality of backlog, and be accountable to release quality.
  • Use or develop skills in many areas including some of the latest ServiceNow spaces such as Governance, Risk & Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
  • As part of a broader ServiceNow Center of Excellence team you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally within Deloitte.
  • Have the opportunity to interact with management and executives in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization.
  • Oversee a team of diverse developers from varied time zones which will give you the chance to grow your people management skills with assistance from various levels in our team.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or people management function.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise grade Service Management platforms.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.

 

Preferred:

  • Audit/risk background.
  • GRC/IRM experience.
  • Prior work experience in a multinational organization.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
