As a Senior Business Analyst, you will always find yourself solving business problems with Custom Solutions!
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work directly with the internal stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design. You will be bringing Custom Solutions to solve business problems. You will act as the bridge between the Business and the development team in a fast-paced delivery mode, translating Business requirements into Custom Solution designs. You will also be keeping yourself up to date with latest tech trends in the Custom Solutions space.
About the team
The Client Services Solutions (CSS) team leads the implementation and management of applications and solutions for our client services organization within the Canadian firm. We are part of the larger Solutions Delivery group within Deloitte’s ITS organization.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who:
- Has at least 5 years’ experience in business analysis, requirement management, and the software development lifecycle within an Agile framework
- Completed university degree or college diploma
- Has experience leading the business analysis for at least 3-4 large/complex application development projects end to end
- Has experience building Custom Solutions
- Is a collaborative, results driven leader with superb communication and presentation skills
- Develops, nurtures and maintains relationships
- Is a strategic and big picture thinker
