What will your typical day look like?

The Learning Advisory Manager will partner with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver world-class learning and development solutions for in-person, virtual and on-demand environments. This work includes collaborating with internal clients and global colleagues to assess learning and development needs, identify gaps, define learning objectives and business outcomes, and design high-impact learning experiences for practitioners in our firm. You will also work closely with the Deloitte University team on end-to-end program management and delivery, which includes participant and faculty management, drafting communication plans, budgeting, faculty briefings, and vendor management. Focused on accelerating the development of Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory professionals, at its core this role will help to drive our strategic vision and inspire and empower our people.

Learning & Development (L&D) Experience is a centralized team, providing world class learning and development programs and experiences designed to build the best leaders, advance skills, and capabilities to be ready for the future and support personal and professional growth throughout the career lifecycle. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

•    5+ years’ experience in learning and development or related field, as well as bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, Psychology or related field
•    Knowledge of adult learning principles and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for virtual and live environments. Experience consulting on strategy, conducting needs assessments and designing curricula. Experience with rapid authoring e-learning tools is an asset.
•    Proven project management skills in a learning environment, including experience leading a project team and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
•    A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and an ability to build and maintain a strong network with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can deliver key messages with clarity and poise to instill confidence in stakeholders. French and/or Spanish speaking is an asset.
•    Strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications.
