What will your typical day look like?


Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.


  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders across Deloitte Global
  • Lead the change management team
    • Apply and adapt defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance based on client and project needs
    • Develop service catalog and project intake/scoping framework
    • Develop and implement repeatable toolkits and templates
      • Lead small team and work across Internal Change and Communications portfolio for project delivery
  • Manage complex and globally integrated transformation projects
    • Oversee and measure quality and implementation of change deliverables from junior team members
    • Manage multiple projects, setting expectations, meeting deadlines, and managing complexity Identify transformational opportunities across client groups
  • Build and maintain key partnerships, in collaboration with Client Relationship Managers, with
    • Leaders across Deloitte Global
    • Stakeholders within DTTL People and across client groups, DTTL People CoEs, and project teams
  • Drive end-to-end change management strategy for DTTL | People projects including:
    • Translate vision to communicate a compelling future state
    • Stakeholder analysis and engagement
    • Change impact analysis
    • Leadership engagement and alignment
    • Readiness assessment
    • Communications and training plans and materials
    • Track adoption, report metrics, risks and issues and escalate as necessary

You are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
  • 8+ years’ experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, learning, and general business analysis.
  • Advanced understanding of organizational change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
  • Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits that are conveyed through learning, communication, and presentation materials
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn business solutions Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with minimal oversight
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures in a virtual environment
  • Creative problem-solver; sees the value in active brainstorming and collaborative innovation.  
  • Advanced skills in the latest communications technology, including mastery of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work with web content management systems and analytics tools, and proficiency in photo/video editing software.
  • Avid juggler and team player; able to shift gears and manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm and energy; proactive worker who can fit successfully into a virtual, dispersed team and has great upward management skills.
