What will your typical day look like?

As a Guidewire Solution Manager in the Canadian Delivery Centre (CDC) at Deloitte, you will lead and be part of a team that delivers innovative technology solutions to clients. As a leader in the Guidewire practice at Deloitte, you will:

· Build and manage a diversified team of technical guidewire professionals and ensure they are well supported to reach their full potential.

· Be responsible for complex architecture solutions for challenges in the insurance industry.

· Provide specific Guidewire application and experience knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, system design and interfacing requirements

· Support the preparation of responses to calls for tender and proposals, reinforce Deloitte’s eminence in the market and participate in prospecting activities.

· Develop your Guidewire expertise and boost your reputation as a technical advisor.

· Contribute to the practice’s growth and development.

About the team

Our consulting team at Deloitte helps multiple clients replace, upgrade, or maintain technology systems. As the current market needs for these services are exponentially growing, we are building a dedicated world-class Canadian Delivery Center (CDC) to help us meet industry demands.

The Systems Engineering multidisciplinary team within CDC helps our clients reduce costs and risks by simplifying the integration with current systems and by assisting them in all aspects of achieving personalized and innovative digital solutions that support their business transformation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

1. Have at least 10 years of experience in consulting, IT, or system deployment.

2. Strong proven Guidewire technical development capabilities supporting the insurance system implementation process

3. Experience in insurance industry through prior work experience and/or industry courses

4. Guidewire Certifications and/or proven experience with one of the following: InsuranceSuite, Digital Portals, Guidewire Cloud

5. Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD and system design lifecycle through projects implementation.
