As a Solution Developer in the CDC, you will be part of a team that delivers new technology solutions or upgrades to our clients. We count on you to help clients define their requirements, design, develop or configure solutions, analyze client business processes, transform client data, test the solutions, etc. In short, you’ll be working with your team and clients across the entire implementation cycle.
Human Resources Transformation: Our teams implement HR technologies including SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud, Workday, and others. We work with HR and IT functions to transform their way of delivering services to their organization and improve their operational efficiency.
Finance Transformation: Our practice delivers financial transformations to organizations by designing, implementing, and delivering financial solutions. We lead our clients’ technology design and implementation, in order to improve their operational efficiencies and their ability to access more accurate and timely information, which in turns allows for better decision making. Interest and knowledge in accounting/finance is an asset.
Supply Chain Transformation: Our services and solutions empower end-to-end, data-driven redesign and digitization that can revitalize our clients manufacturing, logistics, distribution, product lifecycle management, and related supply-network functions across a wide range of industries. As part of this team you will play a key role in supply chain technology transformations while working on lead edge technologies.
You are someone who is:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary degree program pursuing Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Math (or equivalent program), graduating by September 2020 or enrolled in a Computer Science CEGEP program graduating by September 2020
- The ability to work fluently in English
- Experience in one or more of the following: translating high-level design to detailed specifications; Object Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, R); Front-End Javascript Frameworks (Node.js, React.js, Angular.js); Infrastructure / Cloud / Dev; Experience Interfacing with back-end web services (JSON, AJAX, REST, SOAP); Relational Databases and Integration tools
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Technical Architecture
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Delivery Methodology (e.g., Lean / Agile / Scrum, SDLC / Waterfall) and experience in Version Control
