The HR Transformation are focuses on technical HR Transformation projects. We are looking for people with single/multi country SAP payroll implementation and support experience. Additional experience in HR operations will be desirable.

Work You’ll do:
  • Provide consulting services for SAP Payroll.
  • Coordinating the clients and conduct payroll requirement gathering sessions.
  • Be a subject matter expert of single/multi country payroll to provide deep knowledge of local, statutory and regulatory nuances w.r.t to payroll processes and systems during client discussions.
  • Provide input and advice regarding SAP Payroll capabilities and functions to customer organizations
  • Assist clients in fully deploying the SAP Payroll system into their business and provide input on best practices
  • Work with our team to configure the SAP Payroll solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Understand customer’s payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to SAP
  • Understand other SAP / SF functional areas and how they align to SAP Payroll
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery
  • Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities
  • Support testing activities including creation of test cases, mining test data, executing test cases and defect tracking


The key skills required:

  • 5+ year experience in SAP Payroll Implementation US/ CAN payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
  • CPA, CPP, CHRP certification preferred
  • SAP HCM Professional / Associate certification is an asset
  • Canadian travel required, occasional international travel
