What will your typical day look like?


Lead a diversified portfolio of client opportunities. Participate in the elaboration of client solutions in a Restructuring environment. Develop market initiatives to drive business. Collaborate with senior members of the team in delivering value to clients. Lead proactive pitch presentations on actionable Restructuring opportunities. Liaise with client executives, lawyers and financial professionals as required.

Act as a senior strategic advisor to ours clients, while leading high profile restructuring engagements in a dynamic and collaborative team of experienced and market focused professionals. Opportunity to focus on further developing your network and building relationships in the market. Focused on coaching and mentoring team members.

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (DRI) provide strategic advisory services and Restructuring advice that help corporate, financial institutions and private equity clients create and act upon opportunities to re-align liquidities, operations and financial and capital structure that will  allow future growth and long-term advantage to challenged organizations. With an understanding of the marketplace and access to a global network of restructuring professionals, DRI helps clients pursue strategic restructurings in both domestic and global markets.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


Ideal candidates will possess most or all of the following:

  • Completed degree in accounting, finance or closely related fields with outstanding academic credentials
  • CPA designation – Trustee in Bankruptcy (enrolled in program)
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant related work experience
  • Sound understanding financial restructuring and distressed M&A experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Objective, flexible and resilient - focused on delivering results
