What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant focused on CX/CRM, you will:

· Lead and support SAP CX/CRM pursuits and SAP CX/CRM practice development initiatives

· Deliver SAP S/4HANA CRM or SAP CX projects successfully to large public and private sector organizations

· Supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of client engagements

· Develop external eminence for Deloitte

· Build strong business relationships with potential clients

· Enhance your CX/CRM and consulting skills through various learning and certification opportunities

· Promote and foster collaboration and CX/CRM knowledge sharing between practitioners within the Deloitte SAP practice

Deloitte’s SAP practitioners builds expertise in services covering all project phases from exploration, to business cases, to detailed design, to end-to-end system implementation, and beyond, whether in an agile or traditional approach.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with: 

Functional consulting proficiency with at least 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, and 3+ years of industry and/or consulting experience related to SAP.

At least 3 years of SAP experience implementing any of SAP CRM (S/4 Customer Management), SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP Marketing Cloud, or Qualtrics.

Thorough understanding of the SAP CX/CRM landscape, offerings, and innovations.

Very strong expertise in at least one SAP CRM or SAP CX product, including integration expertise.

Project experience with SAP S/4HANA

Experience with the SAP Business Partner master data model, data governance or data conversion.

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Experience leading teams or managing small projects, including leading customer workshops

A strong background in Project Management

Superior verbal and written communication skills 

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

A positive attitude, someone who likes to learn, someone who is happy to share

Canadian travel may be required, flexible remote work opportunities depending on the project.

French speaking will be highly desirable
