What will your typical day look like?

•    Design, plan and coordinate the installation, configuration and deployment of audio-visual, videoconferencing, physical security systems and other related technologies
•    Provide operational support of services related to Real Estate Infrastructure including but not limited to all audio-visual, videoconferencing and physical security systems
•    Create Crestron touch panel interfaces and programming using Crestron tools as well as C#, Angular and JavaScript.
•    Proactively monitor and manage audio-visual, videoconferencing and physical security systems
•    Collaborate on design and creation of roadmap for Real Estate Infrastructure services such as audio-visual, videoconferencing and physical security systems in collaboration with external consultants
•    Analyze, research and develop system specifications, technical and logistical requirements 
•    Administer Windows 2016 servers
•    Collaborate with other IT teams as required
•    Develop and maintain documentation on systems management and operational procedures
•    Manage and document system configurations following ISO 27001 standards
•    Follow operational policies and processes that are compliant with ITIL standards 
•    Participate in change control activities 

About the team

The Information Technology Services department of Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Real Estate Infrastructure to support our Real Estate Infrastructure technologies.  This person will report to the Manager of the Real Estate Infrastructure team and will work in a group setting and alongside specialists in other infrastructure disciplines including networks, storage, virtualization etc. 

The successful candidate will participate in implementations, upgrades, and the day-to-day operations of our real estate technologies including Audio/Visual systems, Digital Signal Processing, Video Conferencing, Physical Security Systems, Digital Signage and other collaboration tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Must be fully fluent in written and spoken French and English
•    Completed a post-secondary program, preferably in computer science or a related discipline 
•    Minimum 2+ years supporting audio-visual systems
•    Working knowledge of Crestron XIO Cloud management portal
•    Very good knowledge of digital signage
•    Good knowledge of physical security systems such as Ccure and Exacqvision
•    Demonstrated customer service orientation with exceptional relationship building abilities
•    Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis 
•    High degree of pro-active initiative, drive, self-motivation, ability to learn, responsiveness and good judgment
•    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks around changing priorities
•    Able to work effectively in a virtual team-based environment
•    Team player, able to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization and build partnerships with cross-functional teams spanning multiple services
•    Excellent communication, organizational, planning, influence and follow-up skills
•    Excellent technical documentation skills 
•    Professional attitude
•    Able to work overtime when required
•    NOTE:  Travel is “minimal to no travel" for this position
