What will your typical day look like?

A Senior Consultant, QA lead in our Salesforce practice offers a great opportunity to make an impact. At a project level, your leadership will be paramount in ensuring Deloitte’s success. With the support of Deloitte Leadership, you will establish the project’s test strategy, define testing activities at each stage of the project, lead the testing team through manual and automation testing, establish a clear protocol for communication and monitoring, and be accountable to the robustness of the solution being built and delivered. 

Key Activities include:
•    Test planning and coordination
•    Lead testing team
•    Lead efforts in Testing Automation
•    Development of test plan, test strategy and test standards
•    Lead execution of testing activities in accordance with the plan
•    Management and monitoring of test plans for all levels of testing
•    Management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness
•    Status reporting for testing
•    Development of test scenarios and test scripts
•    Establishing software testing procedures for unit test, integration testing and regression testing with emphasis on automating the testing procedures
•    Establishing and operating integration testing procedures to ensure that all components of the solution work together
•    Establishing regression testing suite
At the firm, you will be expected to provide advise and insight into developing better ways of working, building the capabilities of the Testing team, communicate, develop and adopt best practices to the benefit of our practice.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Are you are someone with:
•    4+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in an Agile Development environment
•    Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile best practices
•    Experience managing a team of QA engineers
•    Experience working with QA automation engineers and writing test scripts for automation
•    Experience with creating test strategies, test plans and monitoring test activities
•    Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
•    Knowledge of testing on different platforms
•    Knowledge of Issue tracking software such as JIRA and Confluence
•    Knowledge of Accessibility testing
•    Solution-driven and collaborative mindset
•    Ability to communicate clearly with Deloitte Leadership and Clients alike using different platforms

Must Have:

  • Advanced automation knowledge on any of these tools: Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber, Provar.
  • hands on automation test scripting activities using any of these tools: Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber, Provar
