Our Managed Services team is based out of Montreal and helps multiple clients replace, upgrade or maintain their information systems. We deliver a breadth of solutions to solve our clients most challenging business problems. Our teams deliver “Big Data”, Robotic Processing Automation, Digital Content, Data Integration, and Analytical Solutions. Each one of these solutions leverages a different mix of new technologies to achieve a business outcome.

As a Manager, Managed Services you will be part of a dedicated technical team that delivers operational solutions to our clients. You will play an active role throughout the entire solution lifecycle while working with a variety of technology stacks.

  • Be responsible for the execution of transition, operationalization of service management activities for several projects
  • Provide technology leadership to our clients, the managed services team, and take ownership of complete solutions
  • Ensure the client has a strong and effective operational relationship with our delivery teams
  • Responsible for operational relationship ensuring high client satisfaction. Escalation point for operational issues in order to mitigate potential negative consequences
  • Service operational governance, including day to day support, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Lead technical client discussions in the areas of Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, & ETL architecture
  • Demonstrate expertise in Service Operations of traditional and big data solutions, on premise and in the cloud
  • Lead incidents, changes, releases while leveraging the entire team’s subject matter expertise to deliver solutions
  • Manage all aspects of the business relationship including: SLAs, incidents, changes, releases, change orders, and service level changes and exceptions
  • Excellent communication skills, with adaptability to a changing environment to flex communication style as appropriate
  • Problem solving capabilities, leveraging different methods to help lead, and diagnose opportunities with focus on operational efficiency
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more technology professionals in a support environment
  • Knowledge, and experience with ITIL Incident, Change, Release processes, including Service Management and reporting
  • 5-10 years of experience in a technology environment, including 3-5 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL, Cloud Technologies, preferably more than one technology stack.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably with Java, Python, Java Script, React, Angular or equivalent.
  • University Degree in Computer Science or SW Engineering.
