We are looking for talented individuals to join the Governance, Regulatory and Risk unit of Enterprise Risk Services.

What will your typical day look like?


As a Consultant you will:


  • Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies
  • Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
  • Understand client's business environment and risk management approaches
  • Identify and evaluate business risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor
  • Contribute to practice growth and development
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience ideally in risk management or regulatory compliance
  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field;
  • Relevant professional designations or willingness to pursue, including CPA, CFA, FRM, PMP, CIA, preferred;
  • Experience in the financial services industry including banking, wealth management, capital markets, functional experience in finance, risk management, treasury, internal audit is an asset;
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability and interest to work in a diverse, fast paced and multi-faceted environment;
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both French and English;
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, as required.
