What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant, Managed Services based in our Montreal office, you will be part of a dedicated technical team that delivers operational solutions to our clients. You will play an active role throughout the entire solution lifecycle while working with a variety of technology stacks. Specifically, you will:

  • Provide production level support on client solutions (L1/L2/L3)
  • Be responsible for reproducing / confirming incidents/defects and reporting
  • Perform root cause analysis, and provides solutions to related solution errors
  • Develop and test enhancements and break-fixes to solutions
  • Provide technical support to ensure the availability and functionality of supported services
  • Ensure that activities within a process are being performed to meet Service Level Agreements, or Operational Level Agreements
  • Be responsible for communicating with Support teams/Customer(s)

You are someone with:

  • Good understanding and experience with databases and ETL
  • Good understanding and experience with Java & Python
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with ServiceNow / ITSM / Jira  / ZenDesk considered an asset
