What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Client Experience Professional, your main responsibilities will include setting up and picking up catering services in meeting rooms on a timely basis and according to expected standards, cleaning the cafés on the different floors (dishwashers, microwaves, fridges, counters, etc.) and cleaning the equipment and dishes at all times, i.e., glasses, cups, etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining the premises and collecting dishes, as well as replacing the required supplies in the cafés (paper towels, sugar, etc.). The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 to 9:00.

Our client experience team is made up of Client Experience Professionals (CEP) who offer services of great importance in all our offices. Our CEPs deliver exceptional client experience and exceptional service fueled by a positive attitude, excellent work and an innovative approach. Our mandate is to create a welcoming atmosphere and to ensure that our offices are always ready to welcome our staff and our external clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You have:

  • Two to three years’ experience in a professional environment desirable;
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-motivation and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Availability for occasional overtime
  • The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 to 9:00.
