What will your typical day look like?

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the Recruitment Advisors representing Deloitte at every opportunity as an a World Class Employer of Choice, you will Interact with the recruiters, clients and candidates to schedule interviews in a timely manner and work with various calendars simultaneously to determine an interview time that aligns for all. Ensure that all candidates are provided detailed information throughout the scheduling process and generate various reporting using our applicant tracking system and within Excel and Assist in the preparation and revision of various documentation is a crucial part of the role. Assist recruiters by creating and posting positions, review resumes, schedule interviews and screening candidates when required Provide feedback and suggestions for any improvements to the recruitment process, standards and tools that will help improve the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function

About the team

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with internal clients to develop a tailored recruitment strategy to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will work alongside other Recruiters and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale recruitment.

You are someone with:

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests at one time while maintaining high attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • 1 year of recruiting experience would be helpful but is not required; however, applicants must have a demonstrated interest in recruiting
  • Superior client management skills, able to effectively & persuasively present information 
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Bilingualism in French and English
