The SR&ED tax team is currently looking for a Client Service Coordinator at the Montreal office.

As a member of the SR&ED tax team, your main mandate will be to support teams working on government incentive mandates by helping to coordinate all phases of the service offer's through the execution until the final billing.


As a Client Service Coordinator you will: 


  • Act as the liaison between the client company contact, the assignee and the engagement team; respond and resolve assignee issues where possible, otherwise, refer these on to the engagement team
  • Liaise with client company contact with regard to client information gathering
  • Follow-up with client on outstanding matters
  • Follow-up with the engagement team on outstanding client related matters
  • Draft invoices, Receivable update
  • Participate in the administative tasks related to the opening of new client/mandates
  • Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining folders on the LAN for clients
  • Post necessary information to various eRooms
  • Act as alternate client contact when the engagement team is unavailable
  • Perform quality control on all outgoing correspondence to clients and government authorities
  • Over time, participate in writing the application forms and their annexes.

External Posting Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a senior administrative capacity
  • Previous experience working as a team member working with project teams
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in both french and english
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work over standard work day hours, on occasion, to complete client critical deadlines
  • High degree of initiative and detail oriented
  • Team player who assists other Client Service Coordinators (when required or available)
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and sensitive to urgent matters
