What will your typical day look like?
As a ServiceNow Functional Lead, you will design, manage, and report on core IT Infrastructure processes. You will bring subject matter expertise in specific process areas and will provide clients with best practices for leading Service Management organizations. You will provide input on process design and participate in joint process design sessions to design new capabilities.  You will be responsible to review and provide feedback on process documentation and help our clients gain internal adoption.  
The ServiceNow Functional Lead role is expected to complete and maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications.

You are someone who is:
•    Curious about emerging technology and passionate about modernizing legacy service experiences to be more autonomous and digitally enabled  
•    Has 4+ years of experience in an ServiceNow functional role, especially on ITSM, ITAM & ITOM modules
•    Aware (ideally certified) in ITIL V3/4
•    Familiar with system implementation and system design  
•    Bilingual in French and English
